Hey there! I am Lukas, the founder of Knowledg.io, and I am thrilled to announce the release of Knowledg.io 2.0. This new version brings two powerful functionalities to our AI software: Entities and Sharable Workspaces.

Entities: Structured Knowledge for Customizable Prompts

Entities are structured contents that are defined by predefined types. Currently, we have Person, Product, and Brand as entity types. Soon, we will add more, and you, the users, will have the ability to create your own entity types.

Entities can be created like bucket files, and they come with a user-friendly interface to fill in the data. You can reference these entities in your prompts and AI runners to personalize your prompts. This feature gives Knowledg.io users a significant advantage over other AI wrapper tools. It allows you to define knowledge in a structured form and compose that knowledge in customizable prompts and AI runners.

The first feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive. One user described the quality of the text as "another level, absolutely not possible in ChatGPT".

Sharable Workspaces: Collaborative and Reusable AI Projects

Knowledg.io is built around workspaces, the organizational units for your projects. You can create AI runners (prompts) and define knowledge through content and entities inside buckets. These workspaces can have multiple users and individual billing.

Now, with Knowledg.io 2.0, you can share workspaces as templates. You can mark a full workspace as a template, and then you get a beautiful landing page for the workspace. You can share this link with anyone, making collaboration and sharing of AI projects easier than ever.

We are even planning to make these workspace templates private so that users or content creators will be able to sell their templates to their clients.
